We contacted Bobby at M&B Install Inc to see if they served our town for shower enclosures. He informed me they did and set a date and time to come out. He arrived promptly at the time set and described in detail their products and installation services. It was evident he had vast experience installing frameless shower enclosures and, more importantly, he was very attentive to details and and effective problem solver. He noted some areas where out-of plumb surfaces would present appearance issues if not addressed properly. The best part was he offered a couple alternatives correctly remedy the out of plumb and also, suggested increasing our planned glass height to avoid over-spray. After contacting his suppliers, he got back with pricing. His proposal was better than those I had received from competitors in the area (who had not even noted any issues with the out-of-plumb condition), so we agreed to go ahead with the work. When materials arrived, Bobby set the install date and arrived promptly once again. Installation took a few hours- as one would expect when work is done in a caring and meticulous manner. Bobby and his assistant were professional in performing their work using very high quality materials and protecting all surfaces from damage as they moved and installed the various components required. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome and thankful we found M&B Installs Inc. We got a significantly better installation at substantially lower cost than we would have otherwise! Our garage door opener broke after I got home from work last week, so I searched Thumbtack for someone who might help. I reached out to M&B Install because of the positive reviews I read. Bobby got back to me immediately; I ended up calling him and was able to explain what had happened. He gave me some options with pricing, so I could consult with my husband before making a final decision. We ended up deciding to replace our 15 year old system, and Bobby had it installed by noon the next day. Bobby is a true professional - he was knowledgeable, on-time, and reasonably priced. M&B Installs is a wonderful company. Bobby, the owner, has been installing shower doors and garage doors for over 20 years and he knows exactly what he is doing. He came in to give me an estimate on a bathroom shower door in the middle of a renovation that I was trying to manage myself, so I was way off schedule and over budget. He figured out a solution that would work in a tricky space, and for way less money than I was expecting. He also removed an old, spotty mirror that had been cemented to the wall and replaced it with a much nicer one. Then, he installed all my towel bars and shower shelves into the new tile, which a lot of other contractors were not equipped to do. He really seems to love what he does and only installs things that are high quality and durable. Finally, Bobby and everyone he works with are really nice, responsible people and good communicators.
